What kind of merch do you offer?

We offer a variety of island-inspired merch and souvenirs that capture the laid-back spirit of Jamaica and Casas de Tierra. You’ll find items like t-shirts, mugs, keyrings, tumblers, and wall prints — all designed to remind you of your stay in paradise.

How can I order Casas de Tierra merch?

You can shop directly on our website through the Shop section. Simply choose your favorite items, select your size or style, and check out securely. All orders are processed online — no in-person purchases at the property.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 🌎 We offer worldwide shipping, so even after you leave Jamaica, you can still receive a little piece of paradise at your doorstep. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location —

  • Jamaica: 3–7 business days

  • U.S. & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I order merch before or after my stay?

Absolutely! You can order anytime — before, during, or after your stay. Many guests love ordering before arrival so their items are waiting for them at home when they return.

Is merch available for pickup at the property?

At this time, all merch orders are fulfilled online and shipped directly to your preferred address. We don’t keep inventory on-site, but you can browse everything from the comfort of your cottage or before you arrive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay for a fast, secure checkout.

Are returns or exchanges allowed?

Because our merch is made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, please email us at info@casasdeterrajamaica.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Can I customize my merch?

Yes! Some of our items can be personalized with your name or favorite Jamaica quote. Look for “customizable” in the product description, or contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! 🎁 We offer gift cards — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or anyone who loves Jamaica.
